1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Maintain Business Continuity In A Crisis Situation In The Krzepice Commune Through The Purchase And Delivery, Including Transport, Unloading And Commissioning, Of Six Power Generators. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of The Following Equipment: 1) Three-Phase Generator With A Power Of 100 - 130 Kw With A Trailer Adapted To Transport The Generator - 2 Pieces. 2) Three-Phase Generator With A Power Of 55 - 70 Kw - 4 Pieces. 2. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects And Have The Required Certificates, Approvals And Declarations Of Conformity - In The Scope Resulting From Applicable Legal Provisions For A Given Type Of Product. The Units Must Be Approved For Use In The European Union. 3. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Guarantee Of At Least 24 Months For The Units. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Appendix No. 7 To The Swz.
