The Scope Of The Study Includes The Construction Of A New Road, Parking Bays For Passenger Vehicles And A Sidewalk. The Task Also Includes The Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System And The Construction Of Lighting For Pedestrian Crossings. The Project Includes, Among Others: - Demolition Works, - Earthworks, - Construction Of A New Road And Sidewalk Structure, - Construction Of Intersections Made Of Concrete Paving Stones, - Markings And Safety Devices For Road And Pedestrian Traffic, - Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage Network, - Construction Of Street Lighting, - Regulation And Protection Of The Existing Technical Infrastructure, - In The Event Of A Collision With The Existing Underground Infrastructure, It Should Be Removed In Accordance With The Arrangements. Issued By The Network Administrators, - Other Works Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order, Which Resulted From Additional Inspections Preceding The Design Work And From The Technical Conditions Of The Network Administrators In This Region. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 5 To Swz - Opz. If A Specific Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification Or Technical Reference System Is Indicated In The Procurement Documents, This Reference Also Means The Standard/Specification/Assessment/System Current On The Date Of Submission Of Offers Or A Replacement Standard The Indicated Standard, As Well As An Equivalent Solution, Provided That It Ensures That The Ordering Partys Requirements Are Met To An Extent Not Less Than The Standard Indicated In The Procurement Documents. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Indicated Standard And A Later Or Replacing Standard, The Standard Ensuring A Higher Level Of Compliance Shall Prevail, Unless Legal Provisions Or Conformity Assessment Documents Require The Use Of A Specific Standard Or A Specific Version Of The Standard. The Above May Not Lead To Violation Of Applicable Legal Provisions, Administrative Decisions, Arrangements Or Design Documentation.
