2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Called Expansion Of The Fire Alarm System In Zgo Pukinin. The Task Envisages The Expansion Of The System Using Some Of The Existing Elements And Infrastructure.3.The Order Includes In Particular The Following: A) Dismantling; B) Installation Of A Fire Alarm System; C) Early Warning System About The Possibility Of Fire Phenomena; D) Cabling And Other Works; E) Configuration And Commissioning.4.As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Fire Alarm System Should Be Expanded Using Some Of The Existing Elements And Infrastructure. In Terms Of Fire Hazard Detection, A System Should Be Equipped With Point Smoke Detectors, Point Smoke And Temperature Detectors, Aspirating Smoke Detectors, Linear Heat Detection And Manual Fire Warning. The Fire Detection Support System Includes The Use Of Thermal Imaging And Bi-Spectral Cameras. The Following Facilities And Areas Will Be Protected: - Technological Hall, - Hydrophore Plant, - Warehouse Building No. 2, - Transformer Station, - External Box Marked 9A.5.The Detectors Must Be Insensitive To Dust And Everyday Conditions In Zgo Pukinin.6.The Detailed Scope And Method Of Performing The Works Covered By The Order Are Presented In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz, In Particular: A) Annex No. 9, I.E. Bill Of Quantities/Offer Cost Estimate; B) Annex No. 11, I.E. Technical Design:7.Moreover, The Construction Works Covered By The Contract Are To Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Technical Conditions And The Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge And Construction Art, And The Completed Facility Must Meet All Conditions Guaranteeing Its Use In Accordance With The Purpose It Is To Serve.8.At The Stage Of The Public Procurement Procedure, Contractors Are Obliged To Thoroughly Familiarize Themselves With The Swz, Design Documentation And The Construction Site In Order To Submit Any Questions And Comments Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers And Signing The Contract For The Implementation Of The Task.9.The Contractor Is Obliged To Familiarize Himself With The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Conditions Existing On The Construction Site And Its Surroundings, And Is Obliged To Take Them Into Account In The Remuneration.10.The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations And Is Responsible For Non-Compliance With These Regulations.11.The Contractor Is Obliged To Familiarize Himself With The Subject Of The Order And To Include In The Offer Price All Costs Necessary For Its Proper Implementation, In Accordance With The Work Technology Specified In The Polish Standard And The Technical Conditions For The Acceptance Of Works.12.The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract From Its Own Materials In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.13.During The Order Execution Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To H
