The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works For The Construction Of Sidewalks In The City Of Kramsk - Stage I - A. Szeluty, I. Paderewskiego, W. Bogusławskiego, F. Chopina And T. Sygietyńskiego Streets. The Investment Involves The Construction Of Sidewalks With Exits With A Surface Made Of Concrete Cubes: Gray Cubes On The Sidewalks And Graphite Color On The Exits. In Accordance With The Technology For Sidewalks, It Is Planned To Make A Drainage Layer Of Medium-Grained Sand 10 Cm Thick, A Subbase Of A 10 Cm Thick C3/4 Cement Mixture And A Surface Of 6 Cm Thick Concrete Cubes On A 1:4 Cement-Sand Ballast 5 Cm Thick. For The Slopes, A Drainage Layer Of Medium-Grained Sand 10 Cm Thick, A C8/10 Concrete Base 20 Cm Thick And A Surface Made Of 8 Cm Thick Concrete Cubes Placed On A 1:4 Cement-Sand Ballast 5 Cm Thick Are Planned. The Sidewalk Located At The Edge Of The Road Will Be Limited By A Concrete Curb With Dimensions Of 15X22x100 Placed On A C12/15 Concrete Bench With Resistance, And On The Side Of The Green Belts With A Concrete Curb With Dimensions Of 8X30x100 Placed On A C12/15 Concrete Bench With Resistance. Sidewalks Moved Away From The Edge Of The Road Will Be Limited By A Concrete Edge Measuring 8X30x100 Placed On A C12/15 Concrete Bench With Resistance. The Exits From The Side Of The Green Belts And The Property Will Be Framed With A 12X25x100 Concrete Retainer Placed On A Concrete Bench With A C12/15 Concrete Retainer. We Do Not Build The Resistor In The Place Where The Sidewalk Surface Meets The Exit. Pedestrian Crossings Are Designed To Be Marked With Horizontal And Vertical Signs, And Warning Boards With Yellow Protrusions With A Strip Width Of 0.30 M Will Be Built Into The Sidewalk Surface Along The Width Of The Crossing. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Technical Documentation - Annex No. 7 To The Swz. All Requirements Specified In The Swz Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order. If The Swz Contains Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Solutions With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party. A Contractor Who Relies On Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Construction Works He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. Equivalent Solutions Used By The Contractor Must Be At Least:• Of The Same Strength And Durability, With The Same Level Of Aesthetics;• Of Technical Parameters Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order;• Meet The Same Functions, Safety And Quality Requirements;• Have Appropriate Documents Authorizing Use.
