1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works (Including Design Services) In The Design And Build System, Consisting In The Implementation Of The Project Titled: Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network In Ul. Rzemieślnicza And Ul. S. Żeromskiego In Białobrzegi.2. The Entire Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: The Subject Of The Order Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network In Ul. Rzemieślnicza And Ul. S. Żeromskiego In Białobrzegi Is The Development Of Design Documentation, Obtaining Appropriate Decisions (Including Decisions On A Building Permit/Notification Of Construction Works), Construction Together With Submitting A Notice Of Completion Of Construction Works Or An Application For An Occupancy Decision To The Competent Construction Supervision Authority And Obtaining No Objection To Use Of The Constructed Infrastructure Or A Final Decision On The Use Of The Water Supply Network In Ul. Rzemieślnicza And Ul. S. Żeromskiego In Białobrzegi. 3. The Material Scope Includes: A) Reconstruction Of The Existing Water Supply Network Made Of Cast Iron Pipes Dn80-Dn300 In Ul. Rzemieślnicza (On The Section From S.U.W. To Ul. S. Żeromskiego) And In Ul. S. Żeromskiego (On The Section From Ul. S. Żeromskiego To Plot 1396/13), Including Sections Of The Network In The Road Right-Of-Way Of Ul. Rzemieślnicza To A Water Supply System Made Of Pe Pipes, B) Switching 13 Water Supply Lines To The Newly Built Network. The Diameter Of The Existing Pipes Is Indicated In Table No. 2 Of The Pfu. Before Commencing The Works, The Contractor Will Perform A Control Trench To Confirm The Diameter And Material Of The Switched Cable And Agree With The User On The Method Of Switching It To The New Network. C) Total Length Of The Water Supply Network To Be Designed And Constructed (Excluding The Sections Of Pipes Necessary To Switch Existing Pipes) - Approx. 734 M, Including Diameters: - Dn 500 - Approx. 645 M, - Dn 300 - Approx. 45 M, - Dn 110 - Approx. 44 M. D) The Water Supply Network Should Be Located In Accordance With The Location Decisions Held By The Ordering Party, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Ffu. In The Event Of A Change In The Location Or Length Of The Water Supply Network And Other Sections Of Water Supply Lines, The Contractor Will Obtain New Location Decisions From The Road/Area Manager, If Required.
