The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Demolition Of The Floor (Floor Cladding), 2) Installation Of A Self-Leveling Screed, 3) Installation Of A Floor Covering, 4) Replacement Of Doors, 5) Replacement Of The Electrical Installation, 6) Digging Of Grooves Along With Grouting The Grooves And Mems Installation, 7) Painting Works Together With Re-Filling, 8) Sanitary Works: Water Supply And Sewage, 9) Wall Cladding With Stone Tiles Artificial Stone,10) Floor Coverings Made Of Artificial Stone Tiles.11) Sanding Of Parquet Floors Including Re-Filling, Varnishing And Restoring The Lines Of Playing Fields.12) Renovation Of Radiator Covers Including Painting. 5. The Detailed Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz And This Swz.6.The Contractor Ensures That The Works Are Managed By Persons With Construction Qualifications In A Specific Specialty.7.The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Contract Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. In Such A Situation, The Contractor: A) Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer Form (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide (If They Are Already Known To Him At This Stage) The Companies (Company Name) Of The Subcontractors; B) If The Contract Is Signed, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide, If Already Known, The Names Or Contact Details Of Subcontractors And Contact Persons Involved In The Services, Before Commencing The Execution Of The Order. The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party Of Any Changes In Data Regarding Subcontractors During The Execution Of The Order, As Well As Provide Information On New Subcontractors To Whom It Later Intends To Entrust The Implementation Of Construction Works Or Services. C) If The Change Or Resignation From A Subcontractor Concerns The Entity
