1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Modernization Of The Playground At Ul. Rumiankowa 2.2.The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Creating And Equipping Playgrounds And Recreation Areas For Sports And Fun Activities For Children And Youth.3.The Investment Will Be Carried Out On Plots With Registration Numbers 923/13 And 923/15, Piaski District, Located At Ul. Rumiankowa 2 In Kraśnik.4.The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment: A) Play Set With A Slide - 1 Piece, B) Climbing Toy - 1 Piece, 2) Construction Of A Sandy Surface For The Play Set With A Slide, 3) Construction Of A Fence For The Playground With A Gate, 4) Relocation Of Two Benches And A Garbage Can, 5) Dismantling Of The Rope Slide, 6) Land Profiling. 5.The Order Should Be Performed In Particular In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Swz And The Contract Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz.6.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Design Documentation, 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works.7.The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended) Along With Implementing Regulations, Standards And Instructions Of Manufacturers Of Used Materials, Devices, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice.8.The Subject Of The Order Will Be Made Of Materials Provided By The Contractor. The Materials And Equipment Supplied And Used By The Contractor Must Meet, In Terms Of Quality, The Requirements For Products Approved For Trading And Use In Construction, Specified In Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended).9.The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order And Its Commissioning Must Also Be In Accordance With All Legal Acts Applicable To The Subject Of The Order, With Technical And Construction Regulations, Applicable Standards And Guidelines. All Materials And Devices Used Should Comply With Applicable Standards And Have The Required Approvals And Certificates And Must Not Pose A Threat To The Hygiene And Health Of Users.
