The Subject Of The Order Is To Change The Use Of The Existing Five Garages Under The Primary School Gymnasium Into The Function Of A Municipal Ol And Oc Warehouse, Along With Securing Access And Access To The Rooms And Dividing Them Into Sectors. The Task Includes: Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of Part Of A Two-Story Building, Currently With A Garage Function And Intended For Storage Purposes, Including: - Construction Of Internal Electrical Installations - Construction Of Sanitary Installations, Including: Water And Sewage Installations, Central Heating Installations, Ventilation Installations - Construction Of A Communication System For Vehicular And Pedestrian Traffic In The Development Of Part Of The Plot No. 165/2, Dobiegniew District (Connection Of The Internal Road With The Existing Exit To Rybacka Street), - Removal Moisture, Including Removing Fungus From The Walls, - Protecting The Walls Against Re-Moisture, Insulating Vertical And Horizontal Walls, - Strengthening And Filling In Gaps, - Renovating The Internal And External Walls Of The Building, Including Painting Works. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Construction And Works Management In Accordance With The Work Sectors Required By Law And To Provide Archaeological Supervision Of Earthworks. 4. The Project Assumes The Use Of The Existing External Infrastructure, I.E. The Sanitary Sewage System And The Internal Water, Sewage And Central Heating Installations Of The Primary School. At The Same Time, The Ventilation Of Individual Rooms Of The Designed Warehouses And Garage Is Being Modernized. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Arrangements, Decisions, Opinions And Resolutions. This Documentation Is An Annex To The Swz And Is Available On The Website Of The Proceedings As Annex No. 11 (Title Of The Documentation: Adaptation Of The Facility To Serve As A Municipal Warehouse For Oil And Liability Insurance, Including Securing Access To And Access To The Rooms And Division Into Storage Sectors - Architectural, Sanitary, Electrical, Road Industries).
