1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Renovation Of The Former Railway Station Building In Kowary, Including The Expansion Of The Rainwater Drainage Network And Waterproofing The Walls Of The Former Railway Station Building And The Library In Kowary.2. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes The Following Works: 1) Expansion Of The Storm Sewage Network, 2) Renovation And Replacement Of The Existing Storm Sewer Connection, 3) Construction Of Drainage, 4) Construction Of Two Reinforced Concrete Protective Walls, Anti-Moisture At The Existing Building Of The Former Railway Station In Kowary, 5) Earth And Foundation Works Related To The Implementation Of Water Protection, 6) Securing The Existing Electrical Connection For The Duration Of The Works, 7) Disassembly And Reassembly Of Heat Pumps, 8) Securing The Existing Ventilation Of The Station Basements, 9) Works Related To The Existing Infrastructure Of The Area And Making Connections To The Existing Rainwater Drainage System, 10) Restoring And Tidying Up The Area After The Works, 11) Performing The Required Tests, Examinations And Acceptance Of The Constructed Stormwater Drainage System.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 10 To The Swz - Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Other Documents Constituting A Description Of The Subject Of The Order.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Implement The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Terms Of Reference (Swz) And Its Annexes, Design Documentation, As Well As In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice, Applicable Regulations And In Accordance With The Submitted Offer.5. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Present A Cost Estimate Containing Price Components.6. The Ordering Party Provides The Bills Of Quantities. The Amount Of Work Should Be Determined Based On The Design Documentation. The Attached Bills Of Quantities Should Be Treated As An Auxiliary Element.7. The Ordering Party Requires That Meetings With The Contractor On The Investment Site Take Place At Least Once Every Two Weeks And Upon Each Request From The Contractor.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That The Order Is Performed By Appropriate Personnel With The Required Authorizations To Manage And/Or Perform Specific Construction Works Or Other Activities.9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 - On Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1411, As Amended), In Particular Art. 6 Point 1) Regarding Minimum Requirements To Ensure Architectural Accessibility.10. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Manage Waste Generated During Renovation Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended)
