The Scope Of Design Work Includes The Following Activities: 1) Preparation Of An Inventory Of The Building To The Extent Necessary To Develop Design Documentation For Renovation Works (The Archival Inventory Of The Building Available At The Employers Office And The Drawings Attached To The Ffu Can Only Be Treated As Auxiliary); 2) Preparation Of A Technical Opinion Together With An Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Elements Of The Buildings Facade, Gutters And Roof That Are Subject To Renovation Works; 3) Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Renovation Of The Facade, Gutters And Roof Of The Building Of The Guard Headquarters City Hall In Toruń, Taking Into Account The Conclusions And Recommendations Contained In The Technical Opinion; 4) Obtaining All Necessary Legally Required Administrative Decisions, Technical Conditions, Expert Opinions, Arrangements And Opinions; 5) Obtaining A Building Permit Or Making An Effective Notification Of The Commencement Of Construction Works, If The Adopted Solutions Require Such Procedures; 6) Performing Authors Supervision. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes: 1) Renovation Of The Buildings Facade, Including: A) Cleaning, Removing Mold, Filling The Gaps And Painting The Walls Twice Facades Located Above The 0 Level With Silicone Paint In The Colors Selected By The Ordering Party (Total Facade Area Of Approximately 1,000 M²), Along With The Use Of A Hydrophobizing Impregnation On The Shaded Wall, Creating An Invisible, Water-Repellent Coating That Hinders The Penetration Of Moisture Into The Walls And Thus Limits The Conditions For Algae Growth, B) Preparation Of The Walls Of The Buildings Plinth (Below The 0 Level) And Location Coarse-Grained External Mosaic Plaster Or External Structural Plaster, Resistant To Weather Conditions And In The Colors Selected By The Ordering Party, C) Replacement Of Ventilation Grilles (Roof Space Ventilation) Located In The Upper Part Of The Buildings Gable Walls With New Ones - With High Resistance To Weather Conditions (14 Pieces).2) Replacement Of The Buildings Roof Gutter System (Approx. 80 M), Including: A) Removal Of Gutters Roofs,B) Verification Of The Technical Condition Of The Gutter Strip Cladding And Its Possible Maintenance With Preparations Protecting Against The Destructive Effects Of Weather Conditions,C) Preparation Of Eaves And Gutter Holders For The Installation Of New Gutters,D) Installation Of New Gutters, Adjustment Of Slopes And Their Effective Connection With Downspouts.3) Renewal And Modernization Of Ventilation Chimneys Located On The Roof Of The Building, Including: A) Cleaning, Filling In Gaps And Effectively Protecting The Chimney Walls With A Layer Protecting Against The Destructive Influence Of Weather Conditions, B) Installing Galvanized Sheet Roofs On The Brick Ventilation Chimneys (9 Pcs.) In Order To Protect The Chimney Structure And Stop Rainwater From Leaking Into The Ventilation Ducts, C) Verifying The Condition Of All Ot
