The Subject Of The Order Is The Repair Of The Roofing Made Of Metal Tiles In Building No. 2 In The Military Complex At Ul. Jagiellończyka 2 In Grudziądz, Which Includes The Following Scope: 1) Sectional Replacement Of Wooden Battens - Damaged Battens, Sectional Replacement Of Metal Roofing Tiles - Damaged Patches, Repair Of Metal Roofing (Disassembly And Reassembly Of Metal Roofing - Sheet Metal From Disassembly), Replacement Of Gutters, Downpipes And Sheet Metal Flashings, Flashings Coated Sheet Metal - Processing Of Lightning Protection System Supports Made Of Coated Sheet Metal Together With Sealing With Roofing Sealant, Sealing Screws And Sheet Joints With Roofing Sealant, Replacing Ventilation Chimneys Made Of Sheet Metal, Waste Disposal And Management.2) Developing A Bioz Plan (Safety And Health Protection Plan In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure On Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection And The Health And Safety Plan) On Ones Own And At Ones Own Expense (Journal Of Laws Of 2003, No. 120, Item 1126, As Amended) In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, Consolidated Text), Before Commencing Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Employer With A Bioz Plan Prepared By The Construction Works Manager On The Day Of Handing Over The Work Site By The Employer.3) Performance Of Accompanying Works Consisting Of Lighting The Work Area, Fencing The Work Stages, Securing And Fencing The Work Area With Warning Signs, Handrails, Bridges, Canopies And Protections, Constructing And Maintaining The Facilities Of The Construction Work Area, Marking And Securing Installations And Devices On The Work Site. The Above Is Carried Out By The Contractor With His Own Efforts And Included In The Contract Price.
