The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Rooms Located In The Building Of The Praga - Północ District Office Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw At Ul. Fr. I. Kłopotowskiego 15 In Warsaw - Two Bathrooms On The Ground Floor (Including One For People With Disabilities And Mothers With A Child), Renovation Of The Social Room And Bathroom On The 4Th Floor. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Performed In Stages: Stage I - Renovation Of The Social Room On The 4Th Floor, Stage Ii - Renovation Of The Bathroom On The 4Th Floor (Next To The Social Room), Stage Iii - Renovation Of Bathroom No. 1 On The Ground Floor, Stage Iv - Renovation Of Bathroom No. 2 (For People With Disabilities And Mothers With Child) On The Ground Floor, With: Stage I - Renovation Of The Social Room On The 4Th Floor Within 3 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Stage Ii - Renovation Of The Bathroom On The 4Th Floor (Next To The Social Room) And Stage Iii - Renovation Of Bathroom No. 1 On The Ground Floor Within A Total Period Of 6 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Works Within Stages I, Ii And Iii Will Be Carried Out In Parallel In A Way That Guarantees Compliance With The Above-Mentioned Requirements. Dates. Stage Iv - Renovation Of Bathroom No. 2 On The Ground Floor (For People With Disabilities And Mothers With Children) Within 2 Weeks From The Date Of Completion Of Stages Ii And Iii. The Planned Renovation Works Include:• Dismantling Works, Including The Demolition Of A Section Of The Wall, Dismantling Of Suspended Ceilings, Cutting Off Existing Stoneware And Loose Plasters On Parts Of The Walls In Accordance With The Drawing.• Disassembly Of Existing Equipment And Cladding.• Disassembly Of Window Sills, Radiators, Ventilation Grilles, Sockets And Electrical Switches, And Replacement With New Ones.• Disassembly Of Existing Equipment. Electrical, Adapting The Installation To The Designed System And Current Standards. Installation Of Electrical Installations In Cable Trays Inserted Into The Walls. Installation Of New White Equipment.• Dismantling Of The Point Drain.• Replacement Of Sewage Risers And Water And Sewage Installations In Places Where It Is Necessary.• Modernization Of Water And Sewage Installations, Ventilation And Electrical Installations.
