The Vehicle And Its Equipment Must Be Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Meeting The Requirements Specified In Annex 7 To The Swz, And The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of An Offer With Equipment Better Than The Minimum Requirements. The Truck Must Be Brand New (Production Year 2026) And Technically Adapted To Travel On Public Roads.2. Place Of Delivery And Transfer Of The Subject Of The Order: Road And Municipal Services Authority In Czerwionka-Leszczyny, Ul. Polna 6, 44-238 Czerwionka-Leszczyny.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party, Together With The Vehicle, With The Following Documents: - A Set Of Documents Necessary For Registration Of The Vehicle In The Communication Department Of The District Office In Rybnik, - A Warranty Book, - An Operating Manual In Polish, - A Vehicle Approval Certificate, And The Ordering Party Will Accept A Chassis Approval Certificate Together With The So-Called Unit Approval Issued By The Transport Technical Inspection, If The Above-Mentioned Documents Are A Sufficient Basis For Registering A Complete Vehicle In Accordance With Indent 1, - A Set Of Documents For Conducting The Udt Examination Of A Hydraulic Truck Crane (Hds), - A Catalog Of Spare Parts For A Truck; - A List Of Operating Fluids, Parts And Materials Subject To Wear, Specifying The Trade Names Or Standards They Are To Meet, In Accordance With The Schedule Of Inspection Requirements.
