The Subject Of The Order Is: Sale And Delivery Of Computer Equipment To Zsp In Ornontowice, Planned As Part Of The Project Entitled Effective Functional Schools - Development Of Vocational Education In Mikołów County Co-Financed By The European Union Under The European Funds For Silesia Program 2021-2027 (Priorityfesl.10: European Funds For Transformation, Action Fesl.10.14: Infrastructure Of Vocational Education)A. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of The Following Equipment: 1) A Teachers Workstation Consisting Of: A Stationary Computer Set (Central Unit, Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, Speakers) With An Operating System And An Office Suite - 1 Set; 2) A Teachers Workstation Consisting Of: A Stationary Computer Set (Central Unit, Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, Speakers) With An Operating System And An Office Suite - 3 Sets; 3) 18 Workstations Computer With An Operating System And An Office Package Constituting 1 Set.4) Interactive Monitor With A 75 Holder - 1 Search.5) Multifunctional Device (Printer + Scanner) - 1 Piece. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To Swz.B. The Contractors Obligation Is To Deliver The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Description Indicated In Annex No. 3 To Swz, Its Unloading, Assembly And Commissioning. C. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Entire Scope Of Deliveries, Including The Course And Timely Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Quality, Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Specified For The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Responsible For Meeting Other Requirements Specified In The Contract Template And Applicable Legal Provisions. D. The Delivered Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused. The Devices Must Be Equipped With Legally Unused Software Enabling The Implementation Of All Assumptions Specified In The Specification. Licensed Exclusively To The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Verify The Legality Of The Software And The Desired Service Modes. E. All Components Of The Device, I.E. Electronics And Mechanical Components, Must Be Covered By A Full Warranty For The Offered Warranty Period. F. Access To The Latest Versions Of The Manufacturers System And Office Software Allowing For Failure-Free Operation Of The Current Versions Of Computer Systems. G. The Minimum Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol.
