The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of The Strategic Noise Map Of The City Of Dąbrowa Górnicza With The Status For 2026 - In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract/Annex No. 1 To The Draft Contract.2.The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Obtaining, Verifying, Supplementing And Processing Input Data; 2) Preparing/Updating The Digital Terrain Model (Dtm), The Three-Dimensional Model Of Buildings (Tmb)/Building Bodies And Spatial Data; Performing Noise And Non-Acoustic Measurements;3) Developing An Acoustic Model Compliant With Common Noise Assessment Methods In Europe (Cnossos-Eu);4) Calibration And Validation Of The Model; 5) Development Of The Descriptive And Graphic Part Of The Strategic Noise Map (Smh); 6) Analysis Of Residents Exposure And Health Effects Of Noise; 7) Development Of Assumptions For Poh; 8) Preparation Of Data And Sheets For The Chief Inspectorate Of Environmental Protection (Giep)/Database Maintained By Gioś (Ehałas-M) And The Voivodeship Marshal; Preparation Of Materials For Publication On The Website/Bip And Spatial Data To Be Made Available As Web Services; Preparation And Presentation Of Results And Submission Of Final Materials. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Opz And The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz And Annex No. 5 To The Specifications Of The Terms Of The Order, Respectively.3.The Area Covered By The Strategic Noise Map Will Cover The Area Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Dąbrowa Górnicza.
