Package No. 1: Dairy Products. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 2A To Swz - Opz - Assortment And Price Form. The Ordering Party Requires The Offer Of The Subject Of The Order Which: - Meets The Requirements Specified In The Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting The Assortment And Price Forms For Individual Parts Of The Order; - Meets The Quality Requirements Resulting From The Applicable Provisions Of Food Law And Standards Appropriate For A Given Type Of Products; - Is Free From Quality Defects And Safe For Consumers. Foodstuffs Which Are The Subject Of The Delivery Must Have A Marked Shelf Life Or Date Of Minimum Durability Appropriate For The Given Product Range And Be Produced And Placed On The Market In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended). Each Delivered Batch Of Goods Must Be Properly Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit Documents Confirming The Quality And Safety Of The Products, In Particular Quality Certificates, Quality Specifications, Approvals, Certificates Or Other Documents Required For A Given Type Of Product.
