The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Used Fire Truck For The Volunteer Fire Department In Kaliska Kościerski, With Technical Parameters Described In Detail In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. Together With The Car Referred To Above, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With Full Technical Documentation Of The Car And Documentation Necessary For Registration Of The Vehicle, In Particular: 1) A Valid Certificate Of Approval For Use In Fire Protection In Poland Issued On The Basis Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of June 20, 2007 On The List Of Products Intended To Ensure Public Safety Or Protect Health, Life And Property, As Well As The Rules For Issuing Approvals. These Products For Use (Journal Of Laws Of 2007, No. 143, Item 1002, As Amended) - Cnbop,2) Documentation Necessary To Register And Use The Vehicle As A Special Car, Resulting From The Road Traffic Law. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1A To The Swz. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes In Which The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Reference Systems Or Indicates Trademarks, Parameters Or Sources Of Origin (Names Of Producers Or Articles), In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 And 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Names Of Materials And Products Of Specific Manufacturers, This Should Be Treated Only As A Definition Of The Desired Standard And Quality. In All Such Situations, The Contractor May Offer Equivalent Materials And Products With At Least The Same Technical And Quality Parameters. Product Equivalence Means Offering A Product Whose Technical Parameters Of The Materials Used, Efficiency, Durability And Quality Are Not Inferior To The Quality Of The Materials And Products Described In The Swz. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description And Standards. Pursuant To The Provisions Of Art. 91 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Indicates That It Does Not Divide The Contract Into Parts. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts Due To The Subject Of Delivery, Which Is Indivisible And This Is Not Possible For This Type Of Subject Of The Order. 2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers.3.The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks. 4.
