The Subject Of The Order Is: Performance Of Services In The Field Of Winter Maintenance Of District Roads In The Winter Season 2026/2027.1) Task 1 - Provision Of Services With A Sand Spreader And A Light Plow (Accessories + Contractors Roughing Material)2) Task 2 - Provision Of Services With A Sand Spreader And Light Plow (Accessories + Contractors Roughening Material)3) Task 3 - Provision Sandblaster And Light Plow Services (Accessories + Contractors Roughening Material)4) Task 5 - Provision Of Sandblaster And Light Plow Services (Accessories + Contractors Roughening Material)5) Task 5 - Provision Of Grader Services2. Detailed Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Provision Of Services To The Ordering Party Will Consist In Clearing Snow And Combating The Slipperiness Of Road Surfaces In Accordance With The Winter Road Maintenance Standards Set Out In Annex No. 9 To This Specification. 2) The Contractors Obligations Include: A) Keeping The Equipment And Machines And Their Staff In Readiness - Intended For The Execution Of The Order, B) The Contractors Own Provision Of Repair And Overhaul Services For Vehicles And Equipment Intended To Provide The Service, C) Immediate Transfer The Ordering Party Information About: - The Current State Of Road Passability, - The Start And End Time Of Services Performed On Individual Road Sections - Threats Caused By Weather Conditions - Other Events Noticed On The Road.3) The Contractor Performing Slipperiness Control Services On His Own Secures The Roughening Material Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Contract In Quantities Ensuring Timely And Fault-Free (Applied According To Standards) Combating Winter Slipperiness, Stored At The Contractors Yard (If Applicable).4) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To The Right To Check The Quality Of The Composition Of The Roughening Mixture (The Materials Used Should Meet The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of October 27, 2005 On The Types Of Materials, Conditions For The Use Of Agents That May Be Used On Public Roads, Streets And Squares,5) The Contractor Must Have Operational Telephone/Fax, Mobile Phone, Gps Communication Means Operating 24 Hours A Day.6) Vehicles Are Required To Be Equipped With Lamps Emitting Yellow Flashing Lights. 7) Units Departing For Work In Difficult Weather Conditions Must Be Equipped With Functional Means Of Communication (Mobile Phones), Full Fuel Tanks, Towing Ropes, Wheel Chains. 8) Vehicles Must Be Equipped With A Work Monitoring System, I.E.: Gps Monitoring - Enabling Real-Time Vehicle Control (Including Full Work History), Reports, Summaries; 9) The Contractor Will, At Its Own Expense, Provide An Online Preview Of The Gps System To The Ordering Party.
