1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Air Conditioning On The Ground Floor Of The Building Of The District Court In Piotrków Trybunalski At Ul. Słowackiego 5, 97-300 Piotrków Tryb., As Well As The Performance Of Construction Works To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In Detail In The Annexes To The Swz, In Particular In: - Design Documentation - Annex No. 2 To The Swz, - Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 3 To The Swz, - Bills Of Quantities (Bills Of Quantities Are Attached As An Aid, They Can Only Constitute A Basis For Further Calculations By The Contractor When Calculating The Offer Price, While The Contractor Estimates The Offer Price Based On Its Own Measurement Calculation) - Annex No. 4 To Swz,2. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Performance Of Other Necessary Auxiliary Activities Within The Lump Sum Price, Including: - Ensuring The Safety Of Court Employees And Visitors While The Works Are Being Carried Out, - Storage And Removal Of Waste Generated During The Works, - After The Cleaning Of The Area Where The Works Were Carried Out. 3. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out Work During The Courts Working Hours, And In Exceptional Cases, Work Causing Noise, Outside The Courts Working Hours (Including The Possibility Of Carrying Out Work On Saturdays And Sundays). In Such A Case, The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party In Writing About The Need To Perform Such Works At Least 2 Days In Advance. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Work In Such A Way As To Enable The Normal Operation Of The Court. 4. Before Starting The Work, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit To The Investment And Renovation Department Of The District Court In Piotrków Trybunalski (Room 110): - A General List Of People (Employees) Who Will Perform Installation Works; In The Event Of A Change Of People During The Term Of The Contract, An Updated List Must Be Submitted To The Ordering Party, - Each Time At Least 2 Days In Advance, Before Starting Work Performed Outside The Courts Opening Hours, A List Of People (Employees) Who Will Perform The Work. 5. The Work Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Above. Description And Recommendations Of The Ordering Party And The Investors Supervision Inspector. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Performance Of Works And Deliveries In Accordance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Described For The Subject Of The Order. 6. The Remuneration Is A Lump Sum. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Amount Of Work Against The Design Documentation. Any Lack Of Necessary Works In The Bill Of Quantities, Resulting From The Design Documentation, Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them On The Basis Of The Design In The Offer Price. 7.
