The Subject Of The Order Is The Retrofitting Of The Existing Playground At The Municipal Nursery Skrzat In Sianów, Including The Delivery And Installation Of New Playground Elements, As Well As The Dismantling And Relocation Of The Existing Ones. The Subject Of The Order Is Financed By The Ministry Of Family, Labor And Social Policy As Part Of The Ministrys Active Playgrounds 2026 Program. The Program Is Financed From The Labor Fund. Location: The Area Next To The Municipal Nursery Skrzat In Sianów, Located On Plots No. 371, 678, 0007 Sianów. Scope Of Work: The Scope Of Work Included In The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: • Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment With Rating Plates: - House, Field Kitchen - Dwarfs Hut - Set Maze - Fitness Set - Kiwak Horse - Kiwak Helicopter - Kiwak Crab - Kiwak Rooster - Fun Carousel - Shading Sails • Removal, Disassembly And Relocation Along With Installation Of Existing Playground Equipment; • Tidying Up And Leveling The Existing Area And Construction Of A Grass Surface; • Construction Of A Path Made Of Rubber Tiles With Safe Edges (Polyethylene Plates - Plates Made Of Colored Three-Layer Hdpe Polyethylene With 15 Mm Thick, High Quality, Completely Resistant To Moisture And Uv);• Construction Of A Fence;• The Contractor Will Present, For The Employers Approval In The Form Of A Paper Product Card, Certificates Of New Playground Elements (Assembly Possible After The Employers Approval).• After Completing The Work, The Contractor Will Prepare And Submit In The Form Of A Paper Product Card, Certificates, Warranty Documents Of All Installed Devices And Other Documents Collected During The Work And Related To The Implementation Of The Task. Note: The Order Should Be Executed In Such A Way That The Playground In Question Playgrounds And Surfaces Were In Accordance With The Pn-En 1176 And 1177 Standards Or Equivalent. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In Point 3, Chapter I Of The Swz, Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 2 To This Specification And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
