4.3.The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Of A Gravitational Sanitary Sewage System (Including Elements Of Pressure Sewage And Sewage Pumping Stations) In The Towns Of Naszaowice (Partially), Olszanka In The Podegrodzie Commune. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of An Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design, Investors Cost Estimate, Bill Of Quantities, Authors Supervision And Obtaining, On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, All Other Necessary Decisions, Permits, Opinions And Arrangements Required By Law. The Expected Number Of Users (Residents) In The Indicated Area Is Approximately 600 People. The Approximate Length Of The Sanitary Sewage System Is Approximately 6 Km. The Exact Length Will Result From The Prepared Design Documentation. The Route Of The Designed Sanitary Sewage Network May Include: Municipal Roads, District Roads, Watercourses (Jastrzębik), Landslide Areas (Sopo Map), Areas Under Conservation Protection. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of Design Documentation For The Sanitary Sewage System (Gravity - Pressure) Along With Sewage Pumping Stations, Constituting The Basis For Obtaining A Building Permit Or Effective Notification Of The Construction Or Performance Of Other Construction Works For The Planned Infrastructure For The Selection Of A Contractor For Construction Works, Which Should Be Developed In A Way That Allows For The Description Of The Subject Of The Construction Works Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law Act (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended) And The Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 793).2) As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: - Prepare Maps For Design Purposes In The Investment Area; - Agree With The Ordering Party The Route Of The Sanitary Sewage System, Including The Possible Location Of The Sewage Pumping Station; - Agree With The Property Owners The Route Of The Sanitary Sewage System Along With Manholes On The Properties; - Attach A Statement Expressing The Consent Of All Owners Of A Given Property To Design The Sanitary Sewage System On The Property Owned By Private Persons; The Declaration, The Template Of Which Will Be Developed By The Ordering Party, Must Include A Graphic Attachment; - Obtaining A Positive Opinion From The Coordination Meeting Of The Design Documentation At The District Office In Nowy Sącz, Regarding The Determination Of The Route Of The Sanitary Sewage System And Sewage Pumping Station To The Extent Required By The Act Of July 7, 1994. - Construction Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended); Development Of Complete Technical Documentation; Obtaining The Necessary Documentation Arrangements In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of July 7, 1994.
