1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Ul. Garbarska In Wschowa, Located On Plots No. 1517, 1010/2 And 1086, Within The Existing Road.2.Scope Of Reconstruction:• Pedestrian Road (Eastern Side), Pedestrian And Bicycle Path (Western Side);• Road Section. From Ul. Moniuszki To Ul. Nowa;• Road On The Section From Ul. Nowa To Ul. Boh. Westerplatte;• Hardened Roadsides;• Curbs And Edges, Drainage And Markings.3.Due To The Fact That The Investment In Question Is Carried Out Under The Construction Works Notification Procedure, For Which, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, The Development Of A Construction Design Is Not Required, As Part Of The Preparation Of The Procedure Documentation, Additional Technical Materials Are Developed That Detail The Solutions Adopted In The Design Documentation. In Particular, A Technical Design Is Being Prepared, Containing Detailed Technical Solutions For The Implementation Of The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, As Well As A Study Regarding Storm Sewage. The Above Studies Will Be Attached To The Procedure Documentation And Made Available To Contractors Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers. They Will Supplement And Detail The Documentation Made Available At The Initiation Of The Procedure. In Order To Provide Contractors With Adequate Time To Read The Completed Documentation And Take Into Account The Solutions Contained Therein In The Prepared Offers, The Ordering Party Will Appropriately Extend The Deadline For Submitting Offers.
