The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction And Equipping Of An Existing Building In Order To Create A Warehouse For The Needs Of Ol And Oc.1.1.The Scope Of Works Includes Works In The Construction, Water And Sewage, Electrical And Telecommunications Sectors, Including: − Works In The Construction Of Ground Floor Walls (Approx. 100 M2) With Lintels, Wreath And Wool Insulation, − Works In The Construction Of Chimneys (Smoke And Ventilation), − Works In The Construction Of Reinforced Concrete Walls In Basement Vestibules (Approx. 45 M2), − Works In The Field Of Floor Insulation Along With Screed Layer And Finishing (Tiles/Panels), − Works On Roof Construction With Covering And Flashings, − Works On The Construction Of External Reinforced Concrete Stairs: Basement – 2, Ground Floor -1, − Works On Water And Sewage Installations, − Installation Of Telecommunications Installation, − Installation Of Electrical Installation. 1.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of Work To Be Performed Are: - Bill Of Quantities - Annex To The Swz; - Design Documentation - Drawings - Attachments To Swz1.3 The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Appendix To Swz. 1.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks. 1.6. Place Of Order Fulfillment: Ul. Marszałka Piłsudskiego 12, 09 – 210 Drobin1.7. The Project Is Implemented Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026 - Area 2: Logistics Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies. 1.8. The Ordering Party Requires An On-Site Visit Of Interested Parties Due To Possible Details Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities. Note!  The Ordering Party Points Out That The Provided Design Documentation Covers A Larger Scope Of Works Than The Order In Question.  The Contractor As A Waste Producer Within The Meaning Of Art. 3 Section 1 Point 32 Of The Waste Act, Is Fully Responsible For Their Management In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular For Their Collection, Transport And Transfer For Recovery Or Disposal To Entities That Have Appropriate Administrative Decisions. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit Waste Transfer Cards (Kpo) No Later Than On The Day Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report.  During The Works Carried Out On The Premises, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Remove The Waste Generated In Accordance With The Waste Act. Wooden Waste, Rubble And Steel Scrap Resulting From Demolition Become The Property Of The Waste Producer. The Contractor Declares That In The Submitted Price Offer He Calculated His Remuneration Taking Into Account The Value Of The Resulting Demolition Waste And Scrap.  The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit - Within 7 Days After Signing The Contract - A Schedule Of Material And Financial Implementation Of The Works For The Employers Approval.
