Providing Training Rooms With Meals For Two Groups Of Participants. Group A Consists Of A Maximum Of 30 Participants Of The Renewa Project. Group B Consists Of A Maximum Of 20 Participants Of The Enercracy Project. The Service Includes Dinner On October 21, 2026 And The Provision Of Two Training Rooms With Coffee Service, Lunch And Dinner On October 22, 2026. During The Meeting, The Training Rooms Must Be Available For A Total Of 9 Hours, During 9:00-18:00. The Contractor Should Provide Varied Meals For The Meeting Participants, Including Diets (Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-Free). Due To The International Nature Of The Meeting Of Partners Of The Renewat And Enercracy Projects, The Ordering Party Expects That The Menu Should Include Polish And Regional Cuisine Typical Of Podkarpacie, Prepared From Local Products And Referring To The Tradition And Culture Of The Region. The Menu Should Be Available In English. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Professional Waiter Service During The Meals Served. Waiters Should Be Properly Trained, Polite And Discreet To Create A Pleasant Atmosphere During Meals, And Use English At A Communicative Level. During The Lunch Break, Waiters Must Be Available To Respond To The Needs Of Participants, Refill Drinks, Serve Meals And Keep Tables Tidy. The Contractor Must Have All Necessary Licenses And Concessions Required To Conduct Catering Activities, Including Serving Meals And Drinks. All Services Must Be Provided In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including Sanitary And Hygienic Regulations. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Comply With Food Safety Standards, Which Includes Both Preparing And Serving Meals. The Facility (Training Room And Catering Facilities) Must Be Located A Maximum Of 50 Km From The Solina Dam, Measured According To Google Maps. The Choice Of This Location Is Closely Related To The Activities Of The Renewat And Enercracy Projects And Results From The Need To Provide Participants With Direct Access To Facilities And Examples Of Good Practices. One Of The Study Visits Will Be Carried Out At The Solina Dam.
