Tenders are invited for Supply of Mechanical Equipment, Ducting Systems and Associated Controls and Devices Bid documents will be available for first inspection at the first address below, from 24th August, 2026. Requests may be made by personal application or in writing at procurement@gov.vg. Written applications must be clearly marked: Request for Bid Documents for the Supply of Procurement of the Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Mechanical Equipment, Fire Pump System and Information and Communications Technology Systems. The Pre-Tender meeting is scheduled virtually for Thursday, 17th September, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. local (BVI) time; GMT-4. All prospective tenderers will be notified of the access code and password prior to the meeting. The pre-tender meeting is not mandatory; however, it is recommended that each Tenderer attend. Each Tenderer must be fully informed regarding all existing and expected conditions and matters relating, which might affect the cost of performance of the Contract. Failure to fully assess all associated costs, shall not relieve the Tenderer of the responsibility to properly evaluate the difficulty or cost of successfully performing the Contract. Hard copies of Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, with the name and address of the bidder, and be clearly marked Bid for Procurement of the Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Mechanical Equipment, Fire Pump System and Information and Communications Technology Systems and must be delivered to the second address below no later than Tuesday, 13th October, 2026. Bids will be opened on Tuesday, 13th October, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. local (BVI) time; GMT-4 at the Ministry of Finance Conference Room, RFG Building, 3rd Floor, Waterfront Drive, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, Bidders will be provided with the access code and password prior to the opening of bids. GOVI reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the process and reject all bids, at any time prior to award of contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected prospective bidder(s) or any obligation to inform the affected prospective bidder(s) of the grounds for GOVIs action.
