Hanga Roa Hospital Is Not Obliged To Transport All Of These Quantities.The Service Includes The Following Sections, Which The Offeror Must Quote In Full In Annex No. 8:A Section A: Air Transport From Santiago Scl To Easter Island Ipc, Quoted Per Kilogram.B Section B: Air Transport From Easter Island Ipc To Santiago Scl, Quoted Per Kilogram.C Section C: Transfer Of General, Hard, Non-Perishable And Dangerous Cargo From The Suppliers Warehouse To Valparaíso, With Delivery At The Port And Or At The Shipping Companies In The Region, Quoted Per Cubic Meter.D Section D: Transfer Of General, Hard, Non-Perishable And Dangerous Cargo From Valparaíso, Collecting At The Port And Or At The Shipping Companies In The Region, To The Address Indicated By The Hospital Within The Metropolitan Region, Quoted Per Cubic Meter.Likewise, The Offeror Must Quote In Annex No. 8 The Extra Charges That Apply: Surcharge For The Withdrawal Of Merchandise In The Metropolitan Region, Its Transfer And Storage In The Suppliers Warehouse; Surcharge For Urgent Withdrawal During Business Hours; Surcharge For Urgent Withdrawal During Non-Business Hours; Surcharge For Minimum Load Less Than 2 Kilograms In Sections A And B; And Surcharge For Minimum Load Less Than 10 Cubic Meters In Sections C And D.At The Time Of Awarding, The Hospital May Increase Or Decrease By Up To 30% Of The Quantities Estimated In These Bidding Rules, In Accordance With The Available Budgets, And Without Altering The Principle Of Strict Subjection To The Bases Of Equality Of The Bidders.It Is Established That The Quantities Of Products And/Or Services Are Of Variable Flow, Which Means That The Hospital Does Not Undertake To Acquire Specific Quantities Periodically, It Will Be According To The Hospitals Requirements, So In No Case Will Minimum Purchase Stock Be Set, Nor Totals, So The Successful Bidder(S) Will Be Unable To Indicate Minimum Quantities For Dispatch.The Services Will Be Made Available To The Entire Hospital, Regardless Of The Original Requesting Clinical Unit, According To The Hospitals Requirements And, Provided That There Is The Corresponding Validation By The Contract Administrator.Likewise, It Is Noted That This Bidding Process Will Be Carried Out Per Awarded Item, So Each Supplier May Bid For Items Including All Of The Corresponding Sub-Items, So An Offer For An Incomplete Item Must Be Considered Technically Inadmissible. An Exception May Only Be Made In The Event That None Of The Offers Present A Complete Item, Allowing The Offeror To Be Evaluated With The Greatest Number Of Items Addressed, And Which, At The Same Time, Are Technically Admissible.It Is Established That, Given The Critical Needs Of The Object Of The Tender, This Contract Cannot Be Conditioned To The Suspension Of Services Due To The Lack Of Payments Made By The Hospital, Since It Puts The Health Of The Population Served By The Establishment At Risk.
