ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS Prospective bidders must possess the under-listed requirements to be eligible in this procurement process: 3. SUBMISSION OF EOI AND PREQUALIFICATION (WORKS) Prospective bidders are to submit two (2) bound copies of (EOI) and two (2) hard copies of Prequalification documents separated by dividers and arranged as indicated above. The documents should be submitted in two different sealed envelopes, clearly marked as Expression of Interest and Prequalification Documents (Works) addressed to The Medical Director, Federal Medical Centre Epe, Lagos. Hospital Road, PMB 1003, Epe, Lagos State and clearly marked with the name of the Project for both EOI and Prequalification. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated Tender Box in the Procurement Department FMC Epe not later than 12:00 noon, Wednesday, 16th September, 2026.
