Tenders are invited for Construction of Multipurpose Gender Responsive Emergency Shelters Lot 1 Ohlen-Freswind, Lot 2 Agathis stadium, and Lot 3 Nambatri The Ministry of Internal Affairs (the Employer) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of Construction of three Multipurpose Gender Responsive Emergency Shelters (the Works) of 732m2 each with: Ground floor: Triage area room, 2 kitchens, washrooms, storage area, electrical room, stage Mezzanine level: 3 offices, toilets, coffee room, 6 water tanks 10,000L Outdoor facilities: access road, parking area, Porte cochere for the main entrance, disabled access ramp, drainage pits, septic tanks, soak away pits, grease trap, wash tubs, solid waste storage, generator A Pre-Bid meeting will take place on 07 September at 9:00 hours at Ministry of Internal Affairs conference room followed by a site visit to the newly built Seaside Emergency shelter. 8.
