The Work Includes The Design Of The Viewing Platform And Stairs Of The Astuvansalmi Rock Painting Field In Mikkeli Ristina In The Scope Of The Request For Tender (Mh 4193/2026) And The Attached Tender Documents. The Design Task Requires Both Structural Design Expertise And Architectural Expertise. The Task Is More Focused On Structural Design Solutions. The Plan Must Contain The Documents Required For The Contract At The Level Required For The Implementation Of The Measures And The Bidding For The Contract. The Implementation Of The Viewing Platform Will Be Tendered Using The Material Produced In This Procurement Immediately After Its Completion, And The Platform Will Be Implemented In Place During 2027. The Design Entity, Its Scope, Definitions, Requirements And Schedule Are Presented In More Detail In The Material Attached To The Request For Tenders (Appendices 1; 1.1; 1.2; 1.3). The Bidder Must Familiarize Himself With The Materials Carefully Before Submitting The Bid. The Rock With Its Paintings, As Well As The Beach Area Surrounding It, Is Protected Under The Antiquities Act As A Solid Ancient Relic. The Site Has Been Rated As A Nationally Valuable Archaeological Site (Vark), And In Addition, It Is Located In A Nationally Significant Built Cultural Environment (Rky, Toyola Village Historical Sites), And In A Nationally Valuable Landscape Area (Vama, Ristiina Veskansa Cultural Landscape). The Rock Painting Field Is Also Part Of The Saimaa Unesco Global Geopark, And It Is One Of Two Finnish Sites Included In The Prehistoric Rock Art Trails Network Of The Council Of Europe. Additional Questions Must Be Submitted In The System By 12:00 On September 18, 2026. The Offer Must Be Submitted By 12:00 On September 30, 2026. The Contract Will Be Signed After The Appeal Period For The Procurement Decision Has Expired, Around Week 41. The Contract Will Basically Be Signed Electronically. The Exact Implementation Time Of The Works Will Be Agreed Upon During The Contract Negotiation. The Tenderer Is Supposed To Present A Schedule For The Progress Of The Work In Connection With The Reporting Negotiations. The Tenderer Must Be Prepared To Participate In The Reporting Negotiations Remotely. The Tenderer Must Meet The Eligibility Requirements Of The Request For Tenders. When Submitting An Offer, You Must Fill In The Required References. The References Do Not Affect The Comparison, But Concern The Suitability Of The Bidder, I.E. The Ability To Perform The Task That Is The Subject Of The Procurement. If The Reference Requirements Are Not Met, The Offer Will Be Rejected.
