The Subject Of The Planned Project Is To Carry Out Comprehensive Renovation And Renovation Works In The Gymnasiums, Including In Particular The Reconstruction And Modernization Of Wall And Ceiling Surfaces, As Well As The Renovation Of Existing Sports Surfaces. The Scope Of Work Has Been Adapted To The Assumptions Of The Third Party Liability And Insurance Program And Is Aimed At Improving The Technical Condition, Aesthetics And Functionality Of The Rooms, While Maintaining Their Current Functional Function. The Topcoats Used Must Have A Deep Matte Or Matte Finish, Minimizing Light Reflections And Glare. The Colors Of Wall Coatings Must Provide Appropriate Contrast To The Doors And Passageways (In Accordance With The Guidelines Of Architectural Accessibility Standards). The Materials Used (Fillers, Primers, Paints) Must Be Odorless Or Have Minimal Emission Of Volatile Organic Compounds (Vocs). The Varnish System Used To Finish The Wooden Surface, In Addition To Sports Parameters, Must Guarantee Anti-Slip Properties. The Varnish Cannot Cause A Mirror Reflection Effect (Glare). In The Case Of Reproducing Or Applying A New Painting Of The Lines, The Colors Of The Lines And Zones Must Be Clearly Contrasted With The Color Of The Renovated Wood, Facilitating The Perception Of Spatial Boundaries. The Detailed Scope Of Work To Be Performed Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Due To The Fact That The Order Will Be Implemented In The Building Of A Functioning School During Classes, The Contractor Is Obliged To Absolutely Agree On A Detailed Schedule Of Works With The Director. Primary School No. 1 In Żnin Before Starting Any Work. The Contractor Must Adapt The Organization Of Works (Including Carrying Out Noisy Works And Works That Generate Bothersome Odors, E.G. Sanding And Painting) To The School Schedule, Implementing Them In A Way That Guarantees Full Safety Of Students And Employees And Continuity Of Operation Of The Facility. The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026
