The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of A Worn-Out Goods Crane And The Performance Of Accompanying Works At The School And Kindergarten Complex No. 15 In Katowice, At Ul. Zielonogórska 3, In The Building Of Kindergarten No. 17 At Ul. Zielonogórska 6A In Katowice. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1.Performing Visual Inspection And Necessary Measurements Of The Shaft And Engine Room; 2. Development Of Technical Documentation For A New Crane; 3. Dismantling The Existing Goods Crane And Exporting And Managing Materials Obtained From Dismantling In Accordance With Applicable Regulations; 4. Carrying Out The Necessary Construction, Installation, Finishing And Painting Works, Including Works Related To The Adaptation Of The Shaft, Machine Room And Door Openings For The Installation Of A New Lift; 5. Delivery And Installation Of A New Goods Lift With The Following Basic Parameters: A) Lifting Capacity: 100 Kg, B) Number Of Stops: 3, C) Number Of Access Points: 3, D) Non-Passing Cabin, Adapted To The Existing Dimensions Of The Shaft, Made Of Stainless Steel And Equipped With A Stainless Steel Shelf, E) Lifting Height: Approx. 6.6 M, F) Height Of The Shaft: Approx. 8.7 M, G) Guillotine Door Made Of Steel Stainless Steel,H) Upper Machine Room, Located Above The Shaft,I) Door To The Machine Room - Painted,J) Microprocessor Control,K) External Buttons With Light And Sound Signals;6.Installation Of Cabin And Counterweight Guides, Drive Unit With Mounting, Cabin, Counterweight, Shaft Doors And Other Accessories In The Shaft And Engine Room; 7. Installation Of A Microprocessor Control System With Control Installation, Power Supply And Control Board And Necessary Electrical Equipment; 8. Making The Grounding Connection And The Required Tests And Measurements Of The Electrical Installation; 9. Commissioning And Adjustment Of The Crane And Carrying Out Tests, Measurements And Safety Tests; 10. Preparing The Crane For Examination By The Office Of Technical Inspection, Participating In The Examination And Performing All Activities Necessary To Obtain A Decision Authorizing Its Operation, Including Bearing The Related Costs; 11. Obtaining And Handing Over The Crane Inspection Book To The Ordering Party; 12. Preparation And Submission Of Complete As-Built Documentation To The Ordering Party; 13. Training Of Designated Employees Of The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The Crane; 14. Performing, As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration, Service Activities, Inspections And Maintenance Of The Lift Required By Law, The Requirements Of The Office Of Technical Inspection And The Manufacturers Instructions For A Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Order, Along With Making The Required Entries In The Lift Documentation.
