Planned Reconstruction Of The Premises With An Area Of 67.19 M2 For The Needs Of Running A Day Care Home For Seniors Does Not Include Construction Elements, Only The Interior Of The Premises. As Part Of The Investment, It Is Planned To Demolish Partition Walls And Build New Ones, Including: Construction Of A Bathroom For The Disabled And Renovation Of Walls, Ceilings And Floors. The Investment Also Includes The Reconstruction Of The Central Heating Installation, Water And Sewage Installation And Electrical Installation Within The Premises. It Is Also Planned To Install Air Conditioning And Mechanical Ventilation. The Designed Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Installations Are Based On Solutions That Enable The Installation Of All Devices Within The Premises. All Works Must Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Design Documentation And Building Permits. The Works Do Not Include: Construction Of A Ramp, Reconstruction Of Entrance Steps And Equipment.
