The Subject Of The Construction Project Is The Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of The Basement Rooms Into Archive Rooms For The District Office In Oświęcim In Building B Of The District Complex No. 2 Of General Education Sports And Technical Championship Schools Located At Ul. Gen. Józefa Bem 8 In Oświęcim. Additionally, As Part Of The Task, Two Rooms Will Be Renovated: The School Archives And A Technical Room With A Gas And Water Connection To The Building. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Works Are Specified In The Annexes To The Swz, I.E.: • Design Documentation, • Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior), • Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Included In The Content Of This Contract. Attention! The Design Documentation Covers A Larger Scope Of Construction Works. The Scope Of The Order In Question Does Not Include The Construction Of An Exit From A Public Road, Construction Of An Internal Maneuvering Area, Renovation Of The Surface Of The Existing Ramp, Construction Of A Sliding Gate, Felling, Replanting, Planting Trees And Furnishing Furniture. The Contractor Is Obliged, Among Others, To: To:• Conduct Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Taking Into Account All Arrangements With Administrators Of Networks And Devices Existing In The Area Of Works;• Ensure, At Its Own Expense, That The Construction And Works Are Managed By Persons With Appropriate Professional Qualifications And Authorizations To Carry Out Works In Particular Specialties, In Accordance With The Subject Of The Order;• In Order To Properly Implement The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Cooperate With Another Contractor Carrying Out Works On The Same Facility In The Field Of Thermal Modernization Of The School Building. Cooperation Includes, Among Others: Agreeing On Schedules, Organizing Access To The Construction Site, And Providing Information On The Progress Of Work. In The Event Of A Conflict Of Dates Or Scopes Of Works, The Contractor Will Immediately Inform The Employer And The Other Contractor In Order To Determine A Solution.• Execution Of The Works As Well As Securing And Fencing The Construction Site, Marking The Site Of The Works, Securing Against Access Of Unauthorized Persons To The Construction Site And The Materials Stored There At Its Own Expense, In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And Fire Protection Regulations.• Notifying The Operators Of All Installation Networks, In Particular Electric, Gas, Water And Sewage, Ict Infrastructure Whose Infrastructure Is Located In The Area Of The Construction Site And Its Impact. • Notifying Property Owners Affected By Interruptions In Electricity, Water, Gas And Other Supplies Caused By The Works Being Carried Out, At Least 3 Days Before The Planned Interruptions. • Covering The Costs Of Network Damage, Failure Or Operational Int
