1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Entitled: Protection Against Excessive Filtration Of The Mylof Earth Dam On The Brda River In The Town Of Zapora, Czersk Commune, Chojnice Poviat. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Specified In: - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) - Appendix No. 1 To Swz. - Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) - Appendix No. 7 To Swz.2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Order Be Completed Within: Up To 14 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement. The Transfer Of The Area For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place On The Basis Of A Protocol. The Ordering Party Will Notify The Contractor In Writing About The Date Of Handing Over The Site For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order At Least 3 Days Before The Planned Date Of Handing Over. The Date Of Completion Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Date Of Reporting The Completion Of All Works, Unless The Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Agreement Does Not Indicate The Occurrence Of Significant Defects. Detailed Information On The Deadlines For The Execution Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Appendix No. 7 To The Swz).3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Invalidate This Procedure Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, If The Funds He Intended To Allocate For The Implementation Of The Order Are Not Granted To Him In Whole Or In Part. The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Invalidate The Proceedings With The Above-Mentioned. Premises At Each Stage. The Ordering Party Retains The Right To Cancel The Proceedings With The Above-Mentioned. Conditions Both When He Receives Clear Information That He Has Not Been Granted Funds For The Execution Of The Order, And In The Event Of A Delay In Obtaining Them In Relation To The Assumed Deadline For Completing The Task, If The Lack Of Funds On Time Prevents The Execution Of The Order. The Contractor Does Not Have The Right To Request The Ordering Party To Take Actions Aimed At Obtaining Funds For The Implementation Of The Order If They Are Not Granted To Him From The Assumed Source. In The Event Of Invalidation Of The Proceedings Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, Contractors Are Not Entitled To A Claim For Reimbursement Of Any Costs Of Participation In The Proceedings, Including In Particular Reimbursement Of The Costs Of Carrying Out An On-Site Visit, Costs Of Calculation And Preparation Of The Offer, And Which - By Participating In The Proceedings On The Terms Specified In This Documentation - The Contractors Accept Without Reservations.
