1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Street, In Accordance With The Attached Technical Documentation. Reconstruction Of Ul. Prymasa Stefana Wyszyńskiego In Zamość Includes The Reconstruction Of District Road No. 3352L Along With The Accompanying Infrastructure. The Intended Construction Facilities Qualify For Category Xxv And Category Xxvi In Accordance With The Annex To The Construction Law. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: • Reconstruction Of The Street Road And The Intersection With Zamoyskiego And Odpowiedzenia Streets. • Reconstruction Of Road Elements: Pedestrian Paths, Bicycle Paths, Exits And Bus Bays. • Reconstruction Of Street Lighting And Supplementation Of The Drainage System. • Development Of Green Areas (Construction Of Green Areas And Planting Trees). The Investment Will Retain The Character Of A Generally Accessible Public Road And Throughout Its Entire Life Cycle It Must Meet The Basic Requirements Specified In Art. 5 Section 1 Of The Construction Law Act (Including In Terms Of Load Capacity, Safety Of Use, Environmental Protection And Accessibility For People With Special Needs).
