1) The Subject Of This Order Is To Provide The Following Services: A) Organizing An Event; B) Providing An Organizational Supervisor And A Moderator; C) Organizing And Handling The Event Reception, As Well As Registering Participants; D) Providing Specialists Giving Lectures And Conducting Workshops For Participants; E) Providing Training Materials For Event Participants; F) Providing Event Participation Certificates For All Participants; G) Providing The Ordering Party With Attendance Lists Of Participants Confirming Participation In The Event And Receipt Lists For Confirmed Training Materials With Your Own Signature;H) Preparing And Submitting To The Ordering Party An Acceptance Protocol For The Implementation Of The Event, Together With A Professional Promotional Film;I) Photographic Documentation - At Least 50 Photos - Of Very Good Quality, Which Will Reflect The Theme Of The Event;J) Providing All Necessary Documents Regarding The Implementation Of The Activity Specified And Required By The Ordering Party;K) Providing Catering Services During The Event;L) Providing A Room For The Event With Appropriately Prepared Min. 7 Teaching Stations And 2 For Quizzes;M) Providing Transport Of Participants And Their Guardians To The Event Venue And Back To The Address Indicated Below, Along With Insurance For Event Participants;N) Providing 240 Colored Wristbands In Various Colors For All Participants And Their Guardians;O) Providing A Humanoid Robot With Technical Support, Ensuring Its Readiness For Work Throughout The Duration Of The Event. The Robot Will Be Used To Conduct Voice Interactions With Participants, Including: Welcoming Participants And Guests, Introducing The Conference Topics, Short Presentations On The Digital World, Including Good Practices In The Safe Use Of Digital Services, Conducting Short Conversations With Participants And Answering Their Questions About Artificial Intelligence, New Technologies And Cybersecurity. During Breaks, The Robot Will Enable Participants To Ask Questions And Conduct Short Conversations, As Well As Conduct Short Quizzes Related To The Conference Topics.
