1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Including The Development Of Technical Documentation For On-Site Photovoltaic Installations With Electricity Storage Facilities For 15 Facilities In The Jastrzębia Commune And The Development Of The Energy Balance Of The Energy Cooperative Of The Jastrzębia Commune (Hereinafter Referred To As Se), Constituting The Basis For The Selection Of The Power Of Individual Installations And Energy Storage Parameters. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Activities: 1) Development Of The Se Energy Balance, Taking Into Account The Statutory Se Settlement Model, Covering All Ppe Members Of The Se, Constituting The Basis For The Selection Of The Power Of Photovoltaic Installations And The Power And Capacity Of Energy Storage Facilities;2) Selecting And Indicating 15 Optimal Facilities To Be Equipped With Photovoltaic Installations Together With Energy Storage Facilities;3) Performing Audits And Technical Documentation Of Photovoltaic Installations Together With Energy Storage Facilities For Selected Facilities;4) Visualizing The Installation For Selected Facilities;5) Developing A Summary Report For Selected Facilities, Constituting The Basis For Further Investment Work;6) The Prepared Documentation Must Be Prepared In Such A Way And Contain Such Elements (Including Conditions, Arrangements And Opinions) That Will Constitute The Basis For Taking Actions Related To The Implementation Of Photovoltaic Installations With Energy Storage Facilities.7) The Overriding Requirement Of The Ordering Party Is To Select The Power Of Photovoltaic Installations And The Power And Capacity Of Energy Storage Facilities In Such A Way As To Balance The Demand For Electricity Of The Se And Its Members, I.E. To Maximize The Coverage Of The Demand Of Se Members With Energy Generated In Se Installations (Taking Into Account Hourly Balancing And The Statutory Se Settlement Model) And To Minimize The Amount Of Energy Fed Into The Network Outside Se Settlement, Ensuring That No Less Than 70% Of The Energy Cooperatives And Its Members Own Needs Are Covered During The Year, In Accordance With The Act Of February 20, 2015 On Renewable Energy Sources, As Well As Taking Into Account The Connection Capacities Of Individual Ppes And The Statutory Power Limits For Energy Cooperatives. Energy Storage Will Be Planned For Those Facilities For Which It Is Justified By The Results Of The Se Energy Balance And Economic Analysis.
