The Subject Of The Public Procurement For The Prison In Nowy Wiśnicz Are Laundry Services Classified In The Cpv 98310000-9 Group (Laundry And Dry Cleaning Services) And Additional Cpvs: - Cpv 98311000-6 - Laundry Collection Service, - Cpv 98315000-4 - Ironing Service, - Cpv 98312000-3 - Product Cleaning Services Textiles. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Laundry Service, Hereinafter Referred To As Washing - I.E. Water Washing, Dry Cleaning, Drying, Disinfection, Mangling, Ironing, Folding And Minor Tailoring Repairs Of Items Intended For Washing, Which Include: Towels, Cloths, Sheets, Pillowcases, Blankets (Also From Guest Rooms), Prison Shirt, T-Shirts, Pajamas, Denim Clothes, Clothes Work Clothes, Denim Aprons, Chefs Clothes And Mattresses, As Well As Inmates Private Clothing. Ironing Selected Ingredients: Sheets And Pillowcases. Folding All Washed Items. Collection And Delivery Of Laundry At The Expense Of The Contractor In Interchangeable Collective Packaging Appropriate To The Transferred Goods, Owned By The Contractor. When Transferring Laundry Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party, Quantitative, Qualitative And Weight Collection Will Take Place. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Appropriate Documents Or Certificates Confirming That The Laundry Uses Technologies That Guarantee Full Biocide Against All Viruses, Including The Coronavirus Causing Covid-19. The Estimated Maximum Amount Of Laundry Is Approximately 35,000 Kg During The Entire Duration Of The Contract. The Collection Of Dirty And Delivery Of Clean Ingredients Will Take Place At The Contractors Expense To The Premises Of The Prison In Nowy Wiśnicz, Leksandrowa 1, Each Week On A Designated Day, I.E. (Wednesday, And If It Falls On A Day Off, Then The Order Must Be Completed On The Next Business Day Or Another Day To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party) At 900-1200. The Contractor Should Include Additional Collection Of Dirty And Delivery Of Clean Ingredients Twice A Week In Situations Where The Unit Must Ensure Appropriate Sanitary Conditions. Any Other Or Additional Order Will Be Agreed By Phone Or E-Mail No Later Than One Day Before Delivery.
