1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Demolition Of Fuel Storage No. 65 At The Building. No. 1/K. 3030 M. Międzyrzeczthe Scope Of Demolition Includes The Demolition Of The Facility Down To The Level Of The Foundation Floor Slab And The Removal Of Rubble And Waste Other Than Rubble. The Site Of The Selected Structure Should Be Filled With Topsoil Mixed With Sandy Soil, The Area Should Be Leveled, And In Hardened Areas, Leveled To The Level Of The Existing Terrain. Demolition Works Will Be Performed Using Heavy Equipment, While Minor Demolition Works Will Be Performed Using Hand-Held Pneumatic Tools. The Scope Of The Order Includes: • Dismantling Of Electrical Installations, • Dismantling Of Reinforced Concrete Ceilings, • Demolition Of Reinforced Concrete Columns, Walls And Joists, • Demolition Of Cast Iron Hatches, • Demolition Of Curbs And Surfaces Made Of Granite Cubes And Concrete Slabs, • Transport (Use Native) Soil And Spreading To The Level Of The Surface In The Surroundings, • Level The Gaps Left By The Demolished Structure In Hardened Places To The Surrounding Level, • Loading Rubble From The Demolished Structures Onto Cars, Transporting It Outside The Unit And Handing It Over To A Business Entity Specializing In The Management Or Disposal Of Rubble With A Waste Transfer Card, • Removal Of Waste (Including Roofing Felt, Bituminous Waste, Etc.) From The Demolition Along With Transfer For Disposal With A Transfer Card Waste,• Collection, Transport And Transfer For Storage Of Waste Generated During Demolition To A Municipal Landfill Against Receipt,2.The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: • Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. • Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract3.The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage The Use Of Optional Orders (Option Right).
