1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Including Analysis, Studies And Pre-Investment Documentation Necessary For The Preparation And Development Of The Energo-Babice Energy Cooperative Operating In The Stare Babice Commune, In Particular In The Scope Of Planned Investments Including Photovoltaic Installations, Energy Storage Facilities And A Municipal Biogas Plant.2.The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Under One Order And One Contract, Divided Into Three Interrelated Tasks. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Comprehensive Implementation Of Each Task And For The Consistency Of All Studies, Input Data, Technical, Energy, Environmental, Legal And Economic Assumptions.3.The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Includes The Following Tasks: 1) Development Of Technical Documentation For 20 On-Site Photovoltaic Installations, Energy Storage Facilities And A Free-Standing Photovoltaic Power Plant - Task 1; 2) Development Of A Feasibility Study For The Construction Of A Municipal Biogas Plant - Task 2; 3) Development Of A Functional And Utility Program For The Construction Of A Municipal Biogas Plant - Task 3
