Work Detail

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment For The Building Indicated By The Ordering Party, Along With The Provision Of A Warranty. 2. A Detailed List Of Equipment Is Set Out In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Opz), Which Will Be Introduced As An Annex To The Public Procurement Contract. 3. Delivery And Assembly Will Take Place At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor, Taking Into Account All Costs And Fees Related To Such Delivery And Assembly, On The Terms Indicated In The Contract Template. 4. Delivery Under The Order Will Take Place On Business Days, Which Are Also The Ordering Partys Business Days, From 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. By Business Days, The Ordering Party Means Days From Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays. 5. The Contractor Guarantees That The Equipment Is Brand New (E.G. Not For Exhibition), Complete, Undamaged, Suitable For The Agreed Use, Meets The Requirements Specified In The Agreement And Is Free From Physical And Legal Defects.
