Tenders are invited for Reconstruction of Culvert 3/1 and Widening Culvert 2/1, Road Improvement at Kumbuka Temple Road. Tender Fee incl. VAT & SSCL (Rs.): 5,442.75 Bid Security (Rs.): 257,250.00 Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Officer, 2nd Floor, Provincial Road Development Authority (W.P.), No. 59, St. Sebastian Hill, Colombo 12 (TP. 011-4849835) and inspect the bidding documents at the above address during office hours on working days commencing from 31st August 2026. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application and upon payment of a non-refundable fee from 31st August until 14th September 2026, from 09:00 hrs to 14:30 hrs on working days from the office of the Procurement Officer, 2nd Floor, Provincial Road Development Authority (W.P.), No. 59, St. Sebastian Hill, Colombo 12. The method of payment will be by cash.
