Request for proposals for Consultancy Services for Roof Waterproofing, Crack Repairs, Painting Works, and Associated Remedial Works to Existing NHDC Housing Estates at Palma, Baie du Tombeau, Poste de Flacq, and Cap Malheureux. 1. The National Housing Development Company Ltd (NHDC)is proceeding with a Request for Proposals online and is inviting potential Consultants ofMauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius to submit their proposals through the Government eProcurement System for theConsultancy Services for Roof Waterproofing, Crack Repairs, Painting Works, and Associated Remedial Works to Existing NHDC Housing Estates at Palma (Residence La Source), Baie du Tombeau (Residence Baie du Tombeau), Poste de Flacq (Residence Le Tournesol & Residence Au Soleil), and Cap Malheureux (Residence Le Pavillon) 2. Proposals must be submitted online on the e-Procurement System as per Key Activity Schedule. 3. Consultants who have submitted proposals online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their proposals as per Key Activity Schedule. 4. Proposals received will be opened online in the presence of the Consultants representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder as per Key Activity Schedule.
