Titteldio - Hiring Of Contractor Services, Machines And Equipment . Descriptionthis Agreement Is A Dynamic Purchasing Arrangement (Dio) That Makes It Easier To Obtain Contractor Services, Machines And Equipment When Needed. The Main Purpose Is That Arendal Municipality Can Easily Secure The Right Expertise And Machinery/Equipment That Can Supplement Municipal Work Teams When Its Own Capacity Is Not Sufficient. There Is A Requirement That The Services And Equipment Offered Must Be Adapted To Municipal Tasks. The Assignments Can Vary In Scope - From Smaller Assignments That Are Carried Out By A Machine Operator With Associated Vehicles, To Larger Projects That Require Several Work Teams And Extensive Machinery. In The Main, The Suppliers Must Supplement And Possibly Assist The Municipal Work Teams When Their Own Capacity Is Not Sufficient. It Is Therefore Important That The Services/Material Offered Are Adapted To The Municipal Tasks Both In Terms Of Competence, Material And The Ability To Stand Up When The Need Is Present. The Works Put Out To Competition In The Scheme Will Be Of Both A Larger And Smaller Scale. This Means That Some Tasks Will Be Able To Be Carried Out By A Single Machine Operator With An Associated Vehicle, And Others Will Require Larger Work Teams And Machinery. The Delivery Includes, Among Other Things: - Execution Of Road, Water And Drainage Works In Collaboration With Arendal Municipalitys Own Construction Team. - Rental Of Machines With A Driver Who Is Part Of One Of The Municipalitys Work Teams. - Rental Of Machines Without A Driver. - Hiring Of A Skilled Worker/Machine Driver For Operating A Municipal Machine Or Vehicle - Hiring Of A Skilled Worker For Carrying Out Manual Work. - Carrying Out Drilling And Blasting Work. - Rental Of Other Machines And Equipment. - Independent Assignments - Minor Ground Work In Connection With Construction Projects And Site Work - Va Work (E.G. Sprinkler Jobs), Ditches, Cables And Drainage - Simple Ground Investigations And Assistance With Excavation Work In Connection With Major Ground Surveys By Technical Advisers - Cleaning Of Roadsides And Ditches (Into Homes) - Possibility To Establish A Framework Agreement Up To One Year Into The Scheme To Take Care Of Regular Urgent Needs; For Example Blasting Work And Extra Resources/Crew.
