The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Divided Into Three Separate Positions Depending On The Type Of Products And Includes The Supply Of Shut-Off Fittings And Fire Hydrants, Return And Regulating Fittings And Float Valves.Deliveries For Each Of The Individual Items Will Be Carried Out According To Periodic Requests From The Contracting Authority In Case Of Arising Needs From Them And Depending On Its Financial Capabilities. In The Request, The Specific Type Of Product That The Employer Needs, As Well As Its Exact Quantity, Will Be Mentioned. Each Of The Requests Will Be Delivered Personally To An Authorized Representative Of The Contractor, By Mail - By Return Receipt, By Hand Against A Signature Or By E-Mail. Deliveries To Be Carried Out By The Contractors Transport To The Employers Warehouse (Psd), Located At The Address: Stara Zagora, Vojvoda Stoino Chernogorski St. No. 53, Within 5 (Five) Working Days After Delivery Of The Request.The Handover And Acceptance Of The Relevant Delivery Will Be Certified By A Handover Protocol Signed By Representatives Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor. The Products Under Each Item Must Be New And Unused, With A Warranty Period Of At Least 2 (Two) Years.The Term Of Validity Of The Contract For Each Of The Individual Positions Is 24 (Twenty-Four) Months.​​​​​​​
