Of The Railway Station Mladost, City Of Varna With Address Mladost Ii, Next To Bl. 146, Varna And Includes The Following Stages:Stage I - Four Outdoor Playgrounds And Pedestrian Access;Stage Ii - Sports Ground, Playground In The Courtyard And An Accessible Environment For Them;Stage Iii - Rehabilitation Of The Loading Area And Installation Of An Internal Fence.2. 1St Building, Upi Xii 188 For A Childrens Complex For 140 Children /Pi 10135.3512.188 According To The Cc/ According To The Plan Of The Ii M.Y. Of The Railway Station Mladost, City Of Varna With Address Mladost Ii, Next To Bl. 146, Varna And Includes The Following Stages:Stage I - Outdoor Playgrounds And Pedestrian Access;2Nd Stage - Sports Ground, Rehabilitation Of Loading Area And Mass Events, Accessible Environment And Alley Network.Smrs Fall Within The Scope Of The Fourth Category According To Art. 137 Par. 1, Item 4, Letter B And Letter E Of The Territorial Planning Law (Zut) And Art. 8, Para. 2, Item 3 And Art. 9, Para. 1 Of Ordinance No. 1/30.07.2003. For The Nomenclature Of Construction Types.The Public Procurement Will Be Financed With Targeted Funds Allocated Pursuant To Decision No. 393/07.05.2026. For Approving Financing Of Municipalities For 2026. Of The Council Of Ministers Of The Republic Of Bulgaria.At The Time Of Opening The Procedure, No Funding Has Been Secured. According To The Provision Of Art. 114 Of The Zop, The Contracting Authority Indicated This Circumstance In The Announcement And Provided For A Clause For Deferred Execution In The Draft Contract. Implementation Begins After Confirmation By The Contracting Authority Of Secured Financing And Presentation By The Contractor Of The Specified Performance Guarantee. In Case Of Non-Presentation Of The Performance Guarantee Within The Term Specified By The Contracting Authority, Without The Presence Of Objective Reasons, The Contracting Authority Terminates The Contract.When, After The Expiration Of A Three-Month Period From The Conclusion Of The Contract, Financing Is Not Provided, Either Party May Request Its Termination Without Notice.When, After The Expiration Of 10 Months From The Conclusion Of The Contract, Financing Is Not Provided, The Contract Is Considered Terminated.
