It Envisages The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works (Earth, Asphalt And Road) For The Reconstruction Of A Municipal Road, In The Municipality Of Zlatitsa, Including• Execution Of Construction - Installation Works, Including Supply Of Raw Materials And Materials, Mechanization, Workforce And All Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Technical Specification And Quantitative Bills;• Warranty Liability In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003 For Putting Construction Into Operation In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For The Implementation Of Smr, In Connection With Art. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Zut.
