2.3.The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Citizens Budget Task Entitled: L3/14/Xii - We Are Restoring Recreation Areas In Zawodzie - Revitalization Of Playgrounds In The School And Kindergarten Complex No. 6 (Primary School No. 31 And Kindergarten No. 19), At Ul. Marcinkowskiego 17 In Katowice. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1.Modernization Of The Recreation Area In The Kindergarten Part: 1) Disassembly Of The Existing Sandbox With Accompanying Elements; 2) Construction Of A New Sandbox; 3) Disassembly Of The Existing Bench And Its Reassembly In A New Location; 4) Delivery And Installation Of A Sunshade Over The Designed Sandbox Along With The Supporting Structure, Foundations, Fastening Elements And Protective Covers; 5) Delivery And Installation Of Sunshades In The Recreation And Relaxation Area Along With Structures Supporting Structures, Foundations, Fastening Elements And Protective Covers;6) Execution Of Accompanying Works, Including Necessary Earthworks, Foundations, Assembly, Security, Reconstruction And Cleaning Works.2.Renovation Of The Existing Playground In The School Part: 1) Dismantling Of Existing Playground Equipment Together With Foundations And Fastening Elements; 2) Dismantling Of Existing Elements Of Small Architecture; 3) Removal Of The Existing Safe Surface; 4) Making Necessary Repairs And Additions To The Existing Substructure As Well As Its Profiling And Preparation For The Construction Of A New Surface; 5) Construction Of A New Safe Polyurethane Surface; 6) Delivery And Installation Of New Playground Equipment, Educational Elements And Elements Of Small Architecture In Accordance With The Design Documentation; 7) Assembly A Board With The Regulations For Using The Playground; 8) Installation Of The Citizens Budget Information Board; 9) Execution Of Accompanying Works, Including The Necessary Earthworks, Foundations, Assembly, Security, Reconstruction And Cleaning Works. The Detailed Scope, Technical And Material Parameters, Method Of Performing The Works, Arrangement Of Devices And Required Safety Zones Are Specified In The Design Documentation And Other Order Documents Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
