The Constructed Lighting Circuit Must Be Constructed In Such A Way And Have Appropriate Devices And Receivers To Ensure That No Additional Charges For Electricity Are Charged Due To Exceeding The Capacitive Or Inductive Reactive Power Above The Permissible Value Specified By The Distribution Network Operator.
