The Subject Of The Order Is To Support Tasks Related To Winter Road Maintenance, According To The Needs Determined By The Ordering Party During The Term Of The Contract. Winter Road Maintenance, Hereinafter Also Referred To As Zud, Are Works Aimed At Reducing Or Limiting Road Traffic Disruptions Caused By Atmospheric Factors Such As: Snowfall, Winter Slipperiness. The Ordering Party Informs That During The Ordering Partys Working Hours, First Of All, Winter Road Maintenance Tasks, Including Staff Duty And Loading, Will Be Carried Out By The Ordering Partys Own Resources, And The Contractors Equipment And Staff Duty Will Be Called Upon If Necessary To Support These Activities. During The Remaining Hours And Days Off From Work, Winter Road Maintenance Tasks Will Be Performed First By The Contractor. The Order Includes: 1) Delivery Of Winter Road Maintenance Equipment; 2) Performance Of Activities Falling Within The Scope Of The Road Maintenance Scheme, Which Include, Among Others, A) Removal Of Snow From Roads, B) Removal Of Winter Slipperiness By Using A Sand-Salt Mixture, C) Loading Of Gritters Using A Loader, D) Performing Personal Duties; 3) Ensuring Constant Readiness To Perform The Road Maintenance Office Activities - Operation Of The Equipment And Its Operators And On-Duty Duties - This Is A State In Which The Contractor Maintains Constant Ability To Perform Zud Activities Under The Contract Concluded With The Ordering Party. It Should Be Understood That He Demonstrates The Intention To Perform Them Expressed In Remaining At The Ordering Partys Disposal, Upon Each Request In The Agreed Manner And Within The Specified Time, He Will Undertake These Activities And Maintains The Full Ability Of His Hardware And Personal Resources To Provide Them On The Terms To Which He Has Committed Himself.
